Anahata-chakra is the abode of higher emotions, awakening in us love, compassion, devotion, generosity, but also showing despair, apathy, hatred, envy, mistrust.

true faith

acceptance.
The element of anahata chakra is air. The air or middle vortex of the heart chakra harmonizes and balances the manifestations of the other chakras. Its energy is transforming, transforming. At the level of the Heart Center, the masculine and feminine energies are balanced. It is believed that a connection with the consciousness of Unity is established here. Therefore, anahata is considered a very important energy center of our entire chakra system.
It is believed that the will to live originates at the level of the Muladhara chakra, but it directly affects the anahata, which acts as a “bridge” between the lower and higher centers, and also maintains life in our shells of incarnation (physical, emotional and mental).
