A fully articulated Allosaurus foot from the “Salt & Pepper Quarry” near Dinosaur, CO. I was there at the quarry when this foot was initially found in a block of sandstone while digging a drainage trench. It was an amazing find because, it was nearly perfectly articulated in the rock.
This specimen is up for auction today at Bonhams auction house. Details
