Kodak PixPro Orbit360: action-camera with support for 4K and VR content

Kodak has announced an action-camera PixPro Orbit360 able to record a video in panoramic format and ultra-high definition.

The novelty has received two of the image sensor, protected by a sturdy glass dome. These sensors have different angles, providing three shooting modes: 360-degree for virtual reality devices (VR), front 4K resolution and a viewing angle of 197 degrees, as well as the mode of a spherical panorama.

The camera has a high degree of protection, which is dust – and moisture resistance, ability to withstand temperature from -10 to +40 °C and drops of up to 1.8 meters.

Installation of content shot using Orbit360 can be carried out in the mobile app PixPro. There you can send content to Facebook or YouTube, including in the sections of the panoramic video.

Appreciated Kodak model PixPro Orbit360 $500. However, while you can buy the camera only included with the monopod extender for $550.
