For them, the company Other World Computing (OWC) produces a different kind of docking station, and a new model called Thunderbolt 3 the Dock designed for the most demanding users. She uses Thunderbolt connectivity 3 — in fact, it is PCI Express x4, so the lack of bandwidth the device should not suffer. Meanwhile, it offers potential owners of 13 ports: four USB 3.1 (Gen1), FireWire 800 port, optical output S/PDIF, GbE, a few ports TB3 and DisplayPort.
