General Director of state Corporation “rostec” Sergey Chemezov at the conference “Biotekhmed” announced that over the next year for all Russians who have the policy of obligatory medical insurance, will be provided with electronic medical cards.

In addition, touched on the subject of telemedicine. The Corporation implements the project of creation of a telemedicine subsystem, which is currently undergoing the testing phase in a 21-m medical center. It is expected that by the end of 2018, this advanced platform will be implemented in all regional health institutions.
During the conference, “Biotekhmed” we announced the conclusion of an agreement between the Ministry of health of Russia and Rostec in the development of “Digital health”. Cooperation, in particular, involves the development of systems of electronic medical documents and introduction of common standards for information exchange in this area.

It is assumed that the introduction of “Digital health” will improve the quality and accessibility of health services. Control automation and introduction of modern technologies of diagnosis and treatment will make the work of healthcare institutions more transparent, responsive and efficient.
The parties also agreed to promote the domestic transfer of innovative solutions in clinical practice. We are talking about introduction of technology of remote medical monitoring of patient’s health status and information system to support medical decision-making.
