Plane against the night side of the Moon

This plane was recorded against the night side of the Moon by one of the telescopes used by MIDAS Project to detect impacts of rocks on the Moon. Since a high-sensitivity camera was employed, the telescope can see details on the surface of the Moon despite this area was not illumiated by the Sun.

Este avión fue grabado frente a la zona nocturna del disco lunar por uno de los telescopios utilizados por el Proyecto MIDAS para detectar impactos de rocas contra la Luna. A pesar de que esa zona de la Luna no estaba iluminada por el Sol, la cámara de muy alta sensibilidad hizo posible ver detalles en la superficie lunar.
