What is this strange phenomenon?
No visible signs of CG is not.
A certain energy substance in a height of about one meter.
The camera is in the IR range. Perhaps in the visible spectrum of the energy entity it would not be so clearly seen.
This is not a web or glare from the lights, it’s not even insects.
It took the form of a human, possibly a child.
Maybe it’s the rest of the vital energy, bio-field phantom child who had lived on this street.
