night time flight of drone did not notice it then saw flash even thought that was just a light but upon review i was stunned to see it apprently travel east at unreal speed as it illumiates all that direction giving the effect of a flash this was about 3 20 am the location is from the strip headed east at a way to low altitude

Flash has a blue hue, a clear sign of a powerful infrared radiation.
Judging by the quality of the video, it’s full spectral camera.
Receiving visible, invisible UV and IR range.
If the flash would be in the infrared that people could not see it because this spectrum is invisible to the human eye.
This is not a laser beam, as the laser beam gives a straight stream.
Here a flash which breaks out in one place while the next frame has at least one kilometer away on the horizon as seen from the video.
It is unlikely moving UFOs in space, literally.
The flash may be an anomaly, may be radiation energy of working teleporter.
Many teleports can when you open and work can create a flash of light and other phenomena.
Such teleports can use the UFO pilots, or is it some kind of military test.
