The following video comes from Telmark in Norway. Not a lot is really known about the video but there appears to be at least one if not two figures in the video.
I once saw a very strange creature in the woods in the fog in the mountains.
As for this video I can confidently say that this is a hoax.

Maybe it’s the French hoaxer, on his channel you can find many fake video. Rather, to help his friends, which depict aliens and other creatures, but most of all, hoaxer uses computer graphics.
Many of his videos can use different tabloids, and that the next sensation is ready.
