If you do not know might look like bees aliens, then meet, the bees from the US desert.

n the Southwestern deserts of United States, researchers discovered a new bee species: Anthophora pueblo. Unlike other bees, A. pueblo excavates sandstone nests. The bee uses its powerful mandibles and water to drill into soft sandstone. Researchers believe the sandstone nests offer protection from predators and are used by generations of bees.
