Circle 278, Penmaenmawr, North Wales, 11.4.18.

Perhaps more dramatic than its neighbour, the ‘Druid’s Circle’, this circle is somewhat more mysterious. It may well be the remains of a cairn or possibly an enclosure or roundhouse foundation. It belongs to a complex of prehistoric sites in this vicinity of the moorland.
