The wild ponies on the mountainside near Penmaenmawr, 11.4.18.

Whilst wandering through the heavy fog looking at the prehistoric sites, they repeatedly made me jump in the mist. Whilst not totally afraid of humans, they are timid, watchful and remain at a healthy distance. They are apparently the generational offspring of mining ponies set free nearly a century ago.
